Minimum 2-year experience of yoga
* have overcome the fear of asana
* manage the asana without hurting yourself
* practise sirsasana
Thursday: 12:30 > 14:00

You are mostly welcome to a first free trial class, on Monday, Spetember 16, from 19 to 21H. Please register prior.
The semester ends on 21 June 2019.New semester starts on 16 September 2019
