8 December. Move and dance into 2025. With Enid [England], Brussels, So'ham center.

Join us for a playful day of movement, dance & creativity as we prepare to transition from 2024 into 2025. Enid will by our guide you as we say 'farewell' to one year and greet the next. You will be able to explore your journey through 2024, identify your intentions for 2025 and create your own entering into the coming year with greater clarity.

Enid Gill has over 35 years of experience as a contemporary dance artist, teacher and is a registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist for more than 10 years.

What is Dance Movement Psychotherapy? - The Association for Dance Movement Psychotherapy UK (admp.org.uk)

She is also a Tai Chi Chuan Instructor of the Art of Chi, Stevanovitch method and has worked in the UK, Belgium, France and Quebec, in both English and French. Today, she lives in the heart of England's beautiful Herefordshire countryside where she created and runs her community interest company: www.goldenthreadscic.com

As a somatic practitioner and therapist, Enid has built her experience and understanding of the links between body, mind and emotions. She witnesses how people can learn through dance and working with the body, liberating and empowering people, offering new meaning and increased freedom to be who they are in their lives. Her work values uniqueness and the individual qualities of each person so as to develop self-confidence to live fuller and more enriched lives.

Enid has worked with many different populations. Most recently, she has been leading a dance company for adults living with learning disabilities, creating performances on an over 50s dance company, and exploring embodied practice with adults living with dementia.

Enid is passionate about supporting authentic movement journeys, and enabling creative dance processes. She is particularly interested in giving value to the subtle and delicate to promoting embodied consciousness.

Enid is excited to be returning to Brussels and offering this opportunity for French and English speakers alike to explore their non-verbal movement potential as a means for transitioning constructively into 2025.
