Students, whether beginners or advanced, will have the opportunity to develop a postural practice of hatha yoga, adapted to their level.
We will also practice yoga of the eyes and approach several breathing and meditation techniques. Mantras will also be part of the adventure.
All will receive a personalized teaching by Viviane & Isabel. Isabel is Yoga Alliance certified (500 hours) with François Raoult. She has been studying with Viviane for 5 years.
