For the fourth time, we'll practice in Tiruvannamalai, in the Joy of the search for the present moment, in this very appropriate place for Yoga and meditation.

There is a very pleasant swimming pool close to the ashram and it is a twenty minute walk to the tourist area at the foot of the mountain.
The retreat starts on the evening of Thursday 28 December - working on developing self-awareness and anchoring to the energy of the place and people. It finishes on 4 January 2018, late afternoon.

Viviane's stage in India is fantastic. She has a wealth of knowledge and a lifetime of experience. She corrects your postures, makes sure you have no pain, and shares pearls of wisdom while busy doing all that. The side activities complete the yoga sessions, nourishing both body and mind. Elena Cusimano, Italy
In december 2016 I spend a week in Tiruvannamalai, India in Vivianes yoga course there, and was amazed by the deep, profound knowledge of this true Iyengar yoga teacher. Viviane is so present and caring in her teaching, and very creative as to her use of props. She has a great energy and a wonderful sense of humor. I can only highly recommend her as a yoga teacher as well as I can recommend her courses in India. Susanne Lifschitz, Denmark.
I found viviane very precise. she really knows her stuff! I very much appreciate this in a teacher. She gives a lot of specific individual attention and does not allow you to a posture wrongly for the entire time. YES this is very much needed and very hard to find in a teacher these days. I also love her appreciation and humour what a wonderful combination. Jesse Greene, Australia
I was part of Tiru 1 (Feb 2014), being pregnant and now I wish to go again, wishing to experiment Arunachala. Tania Seynaeve, Belgium
Trois fois déjà... C'est une expérience sensorielle. Les mots manquent pour décrire. A chaque fois, c'est différent. A chaque fois c'est bon et ça fait du bien. Bego
